Silvia Montello is an experienced music industry CEO with 35 years marketing, commercial, strategic and operational experience, gained through working at majors, independents and startups, including leadership roles at Association for Electronic Music (AFEM), Association of Independent Music, Universal, BMG, Kobalt/AWAL and Audio Network.
AFEM is an independent, not-for-profit, democratically run global trade association created to connect, and represent the common interests of, those companies and individuals whose business is Electronic Music.
Philip Loutsis is the founder of The Team Around You, a platform connecting artists with vetted music industry experts for direct consultancy sessions. With 14 years at AWAL as VP of Artist Support, Phil has built global support systems for thousands of independent artists- cutting out the gatekeeping and providing direct access to the expertise that helps artists move their careers forward.
