This August we launch a series of three community talks that will take place here at The Midi Music Company (MMC) in Deptford, South East London.

REAL TALK opens up conversation to support the local community in understanding the issues of youth violence in an open and supportive space, to share thoughts and experiences while working together for solutions and positive change.

Anyone who lives, works or has an interest in Deptford and the surrounding areas, is invited to attend.

Talks take place over 2 hours and will consist of guest speakers, local experts, an experience-sharing session and a musical performance from a MMC artist.

Prior to each REAL TALK, between 4pm and 6pm, award winning psychotherapist Glenda D Roberts will offer drop-in 1:1 sessions with Just Talk 2019, to anyone who would like to speak confidentially about their experiences, fears, or concerns, in a private setting.
