At The Midi Music Company, we love celebrating the incredible people who make our creative community thrive. We caught up with one of our fantastic intern alumni, Rowan, also known by his artist name MANTOOTH, whoās been reflecting on his experience with us and what heās learned from his time with us.
Rowan joined The Midi Music Company two years ago as part of our internship programme, bringing enthusiasm, creative flair, and a deep love of music to everything he did. From day one, he threw himself into the work.
āBeing at The Midi Music Company really opened my eyes to how much goes on behind the scenes to support young musicians,ā Rowan shares. āItās not just about playing music ā itās about building confidence, learning how the industry works, and finding your voice. I felt like part of something bigger.ā
During his internship, Rowan worked across several areas, gaining valuable experience in both the practical and creative sides of the music sector.
Now that heās completed his internship, Rowan is moving forward with a renewed sense of purpose ā using the skills and insights he gained with us to continue growing as an artist and professional. Known to many as MANTOOTH, heās already developing exciting new projects that blend his passion for music, community, and storytelling.
āThe Midi Music Company really helped me understand how to turn ideas into action,ā Rowan says. āItās a space that encourages you to be yourself and make your creativity count.ā
