Whether you are a new or developing artist, a band, producer, or creatively inspired, Music Explosion is an essential evening that will inspire your practise and inform your next steps.

Nell Jordan-Gent
COACH • PROGRAMMER • CONSULTANT
A connector and supporter of ideas, Nell Jordan-Gent is a coach and mentor to those in the creative sector, as well as a programmer and consultant for special projects and live events. With a background in journalism, mentoring, music and sound engineering and seven years at the BBC, Nell was the Community Event Producer for Hackney Weekend and the Radio 1/1Xtra Youth Academy (the BBC’s most ambitious free event to date). Nell has most recently worked with BCE Creative, BPI, Levis, Nike, Trippin, Red Bull, Apple, BBC Creative and the h Club.
Ellie Prohan
DJ • TV & RADIO PRESENTER
Ellie Prohan’s career as a DJ and presenter has grown at an astounding rate. Just five years ago, inspired by a DJ whilst at a house party, Ellie decided to have a career change and the rest, as they say, is history… Spinning records in clubs and at festivals and brand events in the UK and further afield, Ellie is passionate about celebrating and providing platforms for female and LGBTQI+ talent, manifesting this passion through work such as her regular Happy Hour week day show on Foundation FM, Ellie & Friends’ showcases and GLo club nights.

Frankie Wells is Co-Founder and Station Manager of Foundation FM, an independent radio station with a mission to showcase the hottest emerging talent in the underground music scene led by a diverse group of women, LGTBQI+ person’s and talented creatives.
