The Midi Music Company is excited to host a Music Explosion Special featuring Skin, one of Britain’s leading female rock singers and a MMC patron. Skin is also a fashion icon, a renowned DJ, a charity activist and an inspiring role model for generations of fans.
This Music Explosion Special is a songwriting masterclass with a twist. If you are a songwriter struggling with a project, we invite you to submit your work for 45 minutes of deep insights and advice from Skin. There will be four pieces chosen overall.

Criteria for Submission
You must be the copyright owner of the submitted song. It should be something that you are having trouble working on and for which you require advice. If selected, you will need to prepare three questions about your song, or the songwriting process, to ask Skin. You also agree to sharing your song within the Music Explosion Special online discussion group.
We will accept MP3 submissions emailed to the admin@themidimusiccompany.co.uk by 2pm, Thursday 11th Nov 2021 with your contact details.
Registration is £5 (plus £0.98 booking fee) via Eventbrite. Please book by 5pm on Monday 15th November 2021.
