Jenni Steele – Lioness Ladies – Jenni Steele Foundation

MMCās ARCO Music Media graduate Jenni Steele was honoured in 2013 as one of the top twelve influential Afro Caribbean Women in the UK. She created a radio show to motivate, inspire, and celebrate local heroes and ‘sheroes.’ In 2009 she founded Lioness Ladies Network Dinner to support women from all walks of life. Jenni believes that women are as lionesses, head of many families, and hold the key to their success. The Jenni Steele Foundation is an organisation dedicated to creating opportunities and a support network for the next generation of leaders.
Chris Redmond – Tongue Fu
Tongue Fu is one of the UK’s leading spoken word shows. Poets, storytellers, rappers and comedians perform with improvised soundtracks by the genre hopping Tongue Fu Band (Nostalgia 77, Jamie Cullum, Beardyman) and films by East London design studio CR&D. Shaka Lish – Dancer Vocalist
MMCās ARCO Music Media graduate Shaka Lish is UK singer/songwriter, vocal producer and DJ. Shaka is soulful, reflective and melodic, her songs speaking of female strength and determination, whilst also encompassing feminine vulnerability and sensitivity. Her material draws on personal experience and reflects a broad range of influences; London street culture, French poetry, popular sub-genres and the natural world. Performing either acoustically or with a full band, Shaka has gained respect and a reputation for being an exciting performer, appearing in the UK and abroad. Current releases include: Superwoman (2014) – single with Spanish producer Deenk, Learning To Fly (2014) – debut album Meant To Be (2013) – single with Dan Spartacus and Noise DJ I’m Calling (2013)

DJ Steve Strawberry – Whats on What’s Up Magazine
MMCās ARCO Music Media graduate and much talked-about figure on London’s resurgent techno scene, Steve Strawberry is one of the most passionate and talented young jocks on the circuit. Promoter and resident of Tilted Disco, and resident for the capital’s hottest new techno party Closer, his enthusiasm for the genre and skill on the decks is winning him admirers far and wide. Taking his name from his formerly voracious appetite for strawberry blotter tabs ā and indeed his enduring love of Roland 303s and their seminal acid sound ā his nom de plume is as memorable as his tough, groovy sound.
DJ NG – DJ, Producer, Radio Presenter – The Factory Club – Reprezent FM
MMCās ARCO Music Media graduate DJ NG co-wrote and produced the 126 bpm club anthem Tell Me, featuring Katy B (On a Mission) & MC Versatile (Crazy Cousins). This trendsetting floor filler is viewed by many as pivotal influence on the London UK āHouse n Funkyā scene (also known as UK FUNKY). He has become well a known DJ, producer and radio presenter; the first key House & Funky player (alongside DJ/Producer Geeneus) on Rinse FM, holding down a four year show from 2006 and promoting the sounds of everything House music related. Signing as a recording artist to Ministry of Sound in 2008, he subsequently deputised for BBC 1Xtraās weekly four hour House mix show, and had guest mixes and interviews broadcast on Radio 1 & Choice FM. DJ NG named his fresh London / Urban electronic dance sound ‘URBANCE’ and has remixed for many of the major record companies, and artists such as Usher, Will.I.Am, Lilly Allen, and Natty.
Kerry O’Brien – Young Urban Arts Foundation
Kerry established Young Urban Arts Foundation as a registered charity in order to help vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. Engaging them through music and associated arts, they are assisted to learn new skills, thereby building confidence and self-esteem, leading many to experience further opportunities, training and employment.
Carrie Martin – Vocal Tutor
MMCās ARCO Music Media graduateĀ Carrie is currently recording a five track EP ā The Message ā on the themes of heartbreak, overcoming hardship, and empowering women to rise up in the face of life’s challenges. She is a member of the Acting Team for Hillsong Church, London, which fills The Dominion Theatre every Sunday. She also works as an extra on film shoots. The most recent film on which she worked, Fighting with my Family, will be released at the end of the 2017.
Carrie says āitās been challenging year so far, but it all helps when writing new material. I hope to be an inspiration to anyone facing challenging times.ā
Sean Fraser – Earmatch
Sean Fraser is a digital entrepreneur and founder of earmatch. He has created businesses in recruitment, events management, hospitality, funds management, digital media and music entertainment. A Londoner, Sean started his first business in events promotion at the age of nineteen. On completion of a BA in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Northampton, he set up shop in the recruitment industry, providing expert tutors to education-based institutions. He is CEO at eamatch, a digital network for creators to connect, share content and exchange services.
Angelina Luzi – Independent Artist & Songwriter
Angelinaās love of choral music inspired her to compose and perform at the Royal Festival Hall for the Chorus Festival 2013, presenting her solo material with the Goldsmith Vocal Ensemble. This fifty piece choir and string section was conducted and curated in collaboration with Mercury Prize nominee ESKA. Angelina is a lead vocalist in many different genres, with projects such as After Eight (melodic rock), MasQua (folk electronica), Afrodizzie (afrobeat), and her most recent project, Terra Viva (Italian gipsy folk), exploring Italian musical traditions mixed with gipsy/jazz and London influences. She also collaborates with several producers as a recording artist and songwriter in Italy, London and Paris, including work with Sparky Riot, Leading Astray and Uncle Nola
Devid Dell’Aiera

Devid is an Italian musician who moved to London inĀ 2003 and graduated from Goldsmiths University of London in 2010 with BMus in Jazz and Popular Music Studies.Ā He has over 20 years of experience gigging and recording all over Europe, sharing the stage with artists such as Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), Dan Aykroyd (Blues Brothers) and Martha and the Vandellas, to name a few.
Devid has recorded in world-renowned studios such as Abbey Road and Metropolis Studios and has performed at numerous venues and festivals, from the Jazz CafĆ© and Ronnie Scottās to Glastonbury, Secret Garden, Big Chill, Boomtown and many more.
Devid is involved in two main projects:
Terra Viva, a five piece World Music extravaganza, for which he is a co-founder with songstress Angelina Luzi, collaborates in the writing of the music and plays bass &Ā Taxi Joe, a British rock band for which heās constantly co-writing, recording and gigging in the UK and Europe.Ā Devid is also involved with Dance SchoolĀ The PlaceĀ in Central London, as an accompanist for both ballet and contemporary dance classes. He is also embarking on a new adventure calledĀ Soundwave Yoga, playing live music during Yoga classes and using notes and scales that facilitate work on the chakras.
Oggie – Independent Artist
Oggie is the vocalist on the classic UK Garage anthem āFollow Meā released by Aim Records in 2004. His current group UK3 brings together three garage hit makers in their own right as Harvey, Ultra and Oggie. His self-written and produced follow up single āYOUā became an underground smash hit and the Agent X remix made its way on to 2008ās Ministry of Sound Garage Classics 2. He has worked with legendary producer Ed Case, who produced his third hit single āAll I Wanna Doā which reached number four on the BBC 1xtra Garage chart and stayed in the top ten for eight weeks.
Oggie has also written songs for The Channel 4 Film Future Wags Of Great Britain, The Park, and Tight Jeans. He starred on the West End stage and toured internationally as a cast member of the Michael Jackson musical, Thriller Live.

Claye (Clay Morrison) – Producer – Roc Nation! – Claybeats Publishing/Artist
MMCās ARCO Music Media graduateĀ Claye has established himself as a brilliant artist, songwriter and producer stamping his mark on everything he touches. As well as being a classically trained pianist, he taught himself to play drums and the guitar, he has an incredible ear for music and can come up with amazing song concepts in the blink of an eye.Claye started out making reggae tracks when he was a teenager still living in Jamaica, but didnāt stopĀ at the genre as he was heavily into the sound of The Neptunes, Teddy Riley and Timbaland. Claye was also signed to Jay Zās Rocnation Publishing.
Andre Lecointe – Highrise Media
Andre Lecointe-Gayle is a business development specialist and business coach with over twenty-five years experience. He has worked on business development projects with a range of organisations including Vodafone, Sony Music International, The Princes Trust and The Childrenās Society, and founded companies in the media, digital and manufacturing sectors. As SME Growth Manager for Lancaster University Management School and the London Fusion project, he delivers business development training and seminars, builds strategic networks and provides advice, assistance and mentoring to ambitious, growth-orientated businesses. āØLondon Fusion is an EU initiative, led by Lancaster University Management School, to support growth and employment within SMEs in Londonās Creative and Digital sectors.
Juliette S Dalton – 2Diceproductionz Ltd
At 2dice, they produce a story within a story through social and digital assets. The services include āMaking ofā material, EPK’s and behind the scenes content. From video assets to Time Lapse sequences and even stills, they can document, capture and maximise a shoot. 2diceproductionz is led by Juliette S Dalton, an experienced artist with a broad range of skills and an exceptional vision from a painter’s perspective.
Pablo Paracchino – Afrodizzies – Samba Drumming Workshop
Afrodizzie began as a studio project, but soon developed into a twelve piece funk/afro-beat band, playing the music of Africa, mixed with funk and jazz. In 2014 Afrodizzie released their debut album Masta Copy, released on Kanuga Records. working with The Midi Music Company for fourteen years, Pablo has also been involved in a variety of theatre productions as performer, composer and musical director. These include street theatre productions The Maharaja’s Banquet at Richmond and Stockton Arts Festivals, and In The Dhol Drum, in collaboration with the Dohl Academy and Nutkhut (UK Tour 2005-06). Other productions include Unfolding Handersen at The British Library (2005) with Theatre Rites, and most recently Where Will We Live? by Changing Faces Collective, performed at Southwark Playhouse and Camden People’s Theatre as part of the CPT Festival.
