Tutors

Kosher is a recording artist/singer/songwriter from London with Jamaican roots. She has been a singer and songwriting facilitator for 10 years, working with the well-established charity YUAF, where she has mentored as many as 200 students.

He expanded his didactic sphere under the inspirational tutelage of jazz drummer and pedagogue John Stevens, as well as with organisations Community Music and WAC Arts, with whom he has maintained working relationships for more than 20 years. 

Paul is one of the UK’s unsung electronic pioneers, known for his voltaic live shows during the acid house explosion, performing at now legendary raves, and touring with Orbital, The Shaman and The Irresistible Force, and for his releases on cult record label Irdial Discs. Just recently, his 1990 classic “Cameroon Massif!” has become a feature of the more ground-breaking DJs again.

He is a former radio presenter of pioneering stations; Reprezent Radio, BBC 1Xtra and Rinse FM; boasting a span of knowledge while also holding several club residences, including a 10 year weekly club residency in London.

She has performed at venues such as The Queen Elizabeth Hall and The Union Chapel, set Shakespeare to music, composed for film and theatre, and performed piano and vocal interpretations of early Kate Bush as The Kick Inside. Raf has over sixteen years’ experience as a Music Workshop Leader, several of which have been as a member of MMC’s tutor team.
